We currently ship to Canada and the USA. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories, including street addresses and P.O. boxes. For the US, we ship to addresses and P.O. boxes in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. For international orders, find us at one of your favourite retailers via our stockists page.

Please allow 2-7 business days for orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service and 4-7 business days for orders shipped to the US. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or remote areas in northern Canada.

We’re completely obsessed with our products, and we want you to be too. That’s why we offer 30-day returns. Once you receive your Voir order, you’ll have up to 30 days to try out the products and see if they work for you. We’re confident that once you try Voir, you’ll want to clear a permanent space for us on your bathroom counter; in the unlikely event that something seems wrong, we’ll take it back and make it right for free.

Note: 30-day returns are applicable to unopened and gently used products only. We cannot take back products that have been completely emptied.
